If you are planning to use Aktivate in a mission-critical environment you need the reassurance
that first class technical support is available if you encounter any problems. Allen & Keul provide such technical
support in the form of 2 packages. Just choose which one best suits your needs:
- Per-Incident Support. We supply help on a case-by-case basis. You simply email us your problem and we will fix it for a flat fee of $499 (USD)
- Annual Support Plan. We supply help all year round for $1499 no matter how many incidents you raise
