• To Inquire on items in the catalogue:
  1. Enter the Product Code field
  2. Press the "Inquire" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will display all the data relating to this product in the fields below.

• To Insert new items in the catalogue:
  1. Enter all the data relating to your new product. Note that fields marked with a symbol must be entered.
  2. Choose the "Insert" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will enter your new product into the database.

  Tip! If you have a similar item already in the database it may be easier to Inquire on that one first, amend it and then insert.

• To Change existing items in the catalogue:
  1. Enter all the new data relating to your existing product. Note that fields marked with a symbol must be entered.
  2. Press the "Change" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will amend your product into the database.

  Tip! It may be easier to Inquire on the product to be changed first, amend it and then select Change.

• To Delete existing items in the catalogue:
  1. Enter the product code that you want to delete.
  2. Press the "Delete" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will display the next product from the database.

• To Move Forward onto the next item in the catalogue:
  1. If the Product Code field is blank enter a letter or code that you want to move on from.
  2. Press the "Right Arrow" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will amend your product into the database.

• To Move Back onto the previous item in the catalogue:
  1. If the Product Code field is blank enter a letter or code that you want to move back from.
  2. Press the "Left Arrow" option from the Catalogue Action buttons:  
  
  The Storemaster will display the previous product in the database.
